float: left; cursor: pointer;" src="http://www.frick.nu/food/uploaded_images/P1010519-709689.JPG" alt="" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;　　小小一家店其實不太起眼，是他們店門口的廣告吸引我的目光的：徵推腸粉工一名。腸粉？就我印象，應該是吃起來很像沒有切開的河粉，可用了那個動詞＂推＂，就令我百思不解了，到底是何推法？&lt;br /&gt;　　&lt;br /&gt;　　在門外乾猜，倒不如一吃究竟。這推腸粉原來是有他的道理的。客人點完以後，小姐便轉身過去拿了個方形不鏽鋼淺盆去盛＂應該是＂太白粉之類的水，灑上腸仔蝦米與香菜青蔥後，便將淺盆放入蒸籠裡蒸約五分鐘，五分鐘後淺盆上原本那不知名的水，就變成一層薄薄的粉皮，只見小姐這時拿起一塊白色塑膠塊，把腸粉皮從淺盆邊緣又刮又＂推＂地推到保麗龍盒裏，加上醬油露，好吃的腸粉就可入口囉！所以，因為最後那個把粉皮從淺盆刮下來的步驟，才有推腸粉工這個名詞的產生。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;　　整體來說這是一個很可口的小食，另外你還有雞豬牛等口味可以選擇，由於價錢＂超便宜＂，我個人認為相當值得試試。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;$ 1.25&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Add: 160 E.
