Cooking today!
The longer I live in Sweden, I more food I can make. No doubt!!!I invited my friend to make dumplings with me today. It is nothing special to make dumplings, for you just wrap meat up and cook and eat. That's it, very simple. However, I decided not to buy any artificial wrapper this time, which means we had to make the dumplings from the very beginning - dough! Anyway, they were quite successful, except the a bit too thick wrappers not suitable to steam.
Besides the dumplings, I also made the "Kimchi" and "pudding"! Very nice!Labels: homemade food
