申請英國簽證 Apply for a UK visa

　　災難。這是我這幾次申請英國簽證的心得。我已經申請兩次也花了USD３８（護照經由美國快捷寄往台灣）+１５（打電話回台灣請相關人員幫忙，如童軍總會，或是詢問我的護照在哪裡等問題）+１８（FEDEX寄件費）+１５０（簽證費）+１２（回郵信封的郵資）＝２１８，合台幣約七千五百，再加上耗損的青春與安德斯大大小小超過２０次爭吵與淚水鼻涕髒話齊飛（基本上會因此而吵也蠻妙的，我只能說歐洲人和亞洲人的腦袋內容物不太相同），反正，我還是沒拿到英國簽證。
I guess I can write a book about how to apply for a UK visa after applying for over 2 times already. It was really a disaster. And I still have to try the third time. I don't want to complain more( for I have taken a picture in front of the UK embassy in New York with one of my fingers up to release my anger and frustration) , after all, if you have a good schedule of applying in advance, it should be no problem. Anyway, one thing I learned from these experiences is that you should always apply a visa in the state where you live or stay now. According to their reply, they would check "the stamp of arrival" in your passport, so! And the second thing is that the process of applying in Taiwan is much much much simpler than other countries, like USA and European countries. The difference is as below:

-Taiwan: on-line apply, hand in documents in person or by travel agency, no finger scan, 1 workday...WIN!
-USA: on-line apply, MUST hand in documents by mail(they said since everyone is suspicious, you can NOT hand in in person(the post office or FEDEX will scan the mail), unless you have an appointment, otherwise you have to pay extra USD150 to ask them to get off the building to pick your stuff up at the FEDEX 50~100 meters away from the embassy- "just accross the street"), finger scan, 5~10 workdays...遜!
-Sweden: on-line apply, MUST hand in documents(Bank statement, evidence of income, evidence of employment or studies, a 'familjpersonbevis' from the Swedish tax authorities and an invitation letter with supplying documents from sponsor.) in person, finger scan, unknown workdays........!!!

You can see that it seems that Taiwanese is much much more innocent to them, so Taiwanese gets simpler process. However, I can't enjoy this process!!! I have cried for this and vomited blood for many times. Sigh... I will vomit more blood in the following days.

When can Taiwan become a real independent country and have lots of friend countries? I HATE to apply for a visa everytime.

　　其實我後來仔細想想，整件事情應該是輕輕鬆鬆簡簡單單在美國（尤其我那時還住在距離大使館２條街距離以內的地方）就可以完成地，為何我會搞成這樣，原因就在於某人＂堅信＂駐台灣的使館，以及童軍總會會對我有特別待遇可以越洋遞件，所以才有今天這樣的局面。我早就知道也早已覺悟台灣人在國外是只能在國外申請他國簽證的，但某人似乎仍然聲稱那樣的方法可行。馬的真令人火大，很想呼他巴掌把他打醒。

　　七月二日半夜將坐八小時巴士到斯德哥爾摩去遞件，希望不要再有任何意外了（現在待解決的意外就是，有人幫我買錯回程的車票...）
