Frustration

I did a bad thing yesterday. I became so impatient to my brother (just like someone taught me Swedush before). I even broke a cup to the floor to release my anger away. The result from he asked me a question about when we should add S after verbs.

I was very happy he asked me questions about his study "finally," and of course I took out all my energy to try to let him understand. I used lots of examples to show and compare different parts etc. Then I asked him again, "In present tense, we should add S when.......?" He gave me a wrong answer! I spent 15 minutes on him and got this result? I breathed and tried to calm down. I said, "That's ok. I can tell you all again." 15 minutes passed, I still got the wrong answer. I got crazy. He is going to join a very important exam in May. His level was so "impressed"!!! Then he seemed to reject to reply anything I asked. I was so angery that I threw the poor cup I held to the floor...! (I couldn't give him a slap in his face, for we got a new law that we CANNOT blame on kids!) I totally gave up. He won.

This was not the first time and won't be the last.

It's because of computer games? I think so. Lots of kids spend their time on them. And their reactions are kind of all the same: perform (on study) like a doll, not care about other things... Is this the disadvatage of new teconology? Except convenience, what can we get from teconology? I do appreciate many Swedish konw how to do carpets, bread, repairing housing stuff.................... How about Taiwanese? How much you know? Or, how much you have? It is true that student's quality is declining in Taiwan. And then????

I have no answer and don't know what to do.
